So this is my take on a Bánh mì- but from my feedback at the markets, I think it's acceptable (actually very VERY great reviews!!!). French roll, Sriracha aioli, artisan Romaine, bo ssäm style pulled pork, a carrot-ginger-sambal slaw (spicy and sweet pickled slaw), and a salad of fresh cucumber, basil, mint, cilantro, scallions and black and white sesame seeds. My other variation had grilled reindeer sausage on it as well for an AK twist. You should come down on a Thurs or Sat and give me your thoughts! Thurs at the Spenard Food Truck Carnival and Saturday at the Spenard Farmers Market! ALSO- special this Friday I will be at 'Koots from 6-10pm! :D Come say hi! There are also some other awesome vendors that will be there Friday night as well- I know Babycakes Cupcakes, Etc will be- and the best thing to follow an awesome Asian fusion experience is an amazing cupcake!!!
