Free brewery tours are Thursdays at 6 PM. The focus of our menu is flavorful foods prepared with fresh—locally grown, whenever possible—meats, seafood, cheeses and produce. Hello Midnight Sun Fans!

It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing the closing of The Loft after 17 awesome years. While it has been a wild and fun ride, we are switching things up to better adapt to an ever-changing world.
Over the last five years, we have embarked on a project with our friends at the The Wildbirch Hotel - JdV by Hyatt, downtown Anchorage’s newest and finest hotel. We are finally ready to announce that we will be opening a small brewery and tasting room at the Wild Birch!

We look forward to having you at Undertap!

Midnight Sun has worked for years to support efforts to reinvigorate the downtown area through partnerships with Williwaw Social and the Wildbirch Hotel. We truly love this community and this city, so we are going to keep pushing to bring life back our wild urban center.

While we are sad to end service at the brewery here in South Anchorage, we are happy to keep brewing these amazing beers and can’t wait to use our new small-scale system to pioneer new brews that will be constantly rotating at Crimson Anchorage and the Undertap tasting room.

Stay tuned for opening dates!

For now, we are going to be pulling many of our cellar beers out and making them available through February 1st. We will announce them as they hit the floor.

Our last day for service will be Sunday, February 1st. After that, we will catch you downtown!
