These perlick faucets work great but they are difficult to clean. Best way I have found is to put them in a heated ultrasonic bath with an oxidizer caustic. Why does it take so much science to get drunk?

If you get a chance, check out my family members brewery Rooftop Brewing Company rooftopbrewco in Seattle. His story of opening and running the brewery is a wild one! Hopefully he will send up a couple pallets for distribution one day, because the beer was great.
