Easy Does It non-alcoholic b**rs have landed with both the Original Brew American-style l***r and Original Gold Mexican-style l***r now available in our taproom for on premise enjoyment or togo! 🦅 🦅

Crafted in collaboration with Gabe’s childhood friend, professional skateboarder ERIK ELLINGTON, these non alcoholic b**rs are brewed just like alcoholic b**r, using real malt, hops, and a specialty yeast.

The Original Brew is a crisp, American-style l***r-inspired non-alcoholic brew crafted with Saaz hops. Golden-straw in color with a floral aroma, a hint of honey, balanced malt, gentle bitterness, and a clean, refreshing finish.

The Original Gold is a Mexican-style l***r-inspired non-alcoholic brew that is bright, smooth, and endlessly refreshing. Light-bodied with a touch of sweetness and a crisp finish. Brewed for good food and good company.

Fingal • Coolship Saison

Brewed in collaboration with Irish knife and cheese maker from Gubbeen, Ireland, Fingal Ferguson. Open fermented in our roof top coolship with saison yeast, picking up natural Alaska flora in the cool night air. Transferred to oak foeders with brettanomyces for a long, slow, and complex fermentation. Naturally carbonated in the bottle.
