Our Student Nutrition team is busy preparing for students to return, with new menu items and salad bars coming this school year.

Our team continues to learn and grow through our collaboration with UAA Culinary Arts.

Our Central Kitchen team spent time sharpening their culinary skills, expanding their knowledge, and bringing new ideas back to our kitchens.

🎉 The end of an era!

The two pack lines have officially left the Student Nutrition building.

Since the 1980s, they have been a cornerstone of our operation, helping prepare meals for generations of Anchorage School District students.

With every school now serving a form of Traditional Service, these pack lines have completed their mission. As we celebrate their legacy, we’re also celebrating how far Student Nutrition has come and the exciting future ahead.

Here’s to honoring the past while continuing to serve students in new and innovative ways! 🍎
