Happy Sunday Friends! 💕 Please Read.

This morning I was filling out my gratitude journal and for a second I thought “I can’t believe this is my life.”

Dedra 3 years ago was wondering how she’d pay her rent.

She had to carry a gallon of water in her car so that I cool pour it in my car when it ran hot.

I was a single mom hiding my tears from my little girl so that she didn’t see me struggling.

But, in that moment, I made her a promise.
“I will get us out of this.”

My parents always taught me, it’s easier to find a job when you have a job! But!
Little did I know, that swallowing my pride and asking for “a job washing dishes and blending shakes until I could find a job” would change my life!

So, if you feel like all I talk about is my business. Or if I ever offer you the opportunity to join me, know that it’s not for selfish reasons.

It’s because, if no one had offered me this opportunity, I wouldn’t be who I am today! So, thank you each for coming on this journey with me!

For watching me grow. For watching me fail. For watching me rise again. And most of all, for cheering me on. 🫶
