Monday Lunch Special at Bluebird Coffee Company.

This may be one of the best dishes we’ve ever put on the menu.

Tomorrow’s lunch special features a 12oz grilled pork chop, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, then topped with a rich spinach, bacon, and black garlic cream sauce that takes every bite to another level.
