The tables, refrigerators, and shelves are full!! This time of year is extremely busy and honestly, I don't take pictures of half the food that comes from my garden on its way to my customers, but I am truly grateful for the abundance God shows us every season and the customers that enjoy organically grown food!!! So if you're interested in receiving weekly veggies or just want to see what we have extra for that week, message us for info.

Lemongrass is a fragrant herb that's as versatile as it is flavorful. With its bright citrus taste and refreshing aroma, it's commonly used in teas, soups, curries, and marinades. Beyond the kitchen, lemongrass contains antioxidants and natural plant compounds that may support healthy digestion, promote relaxation, and contribute to overall wellness. Whether you're sipping it as a tea or cooking with fresh stalks, lemongrass is an easy way to add fresh flavor to your day.

Gardening is more than just planting flowers, pulling w**ds, and hoping your tomatoes behave themselves.

Spending time with plants can be a simple way to slow down, get outside, and give your mind something steady to focus on. There is something grounding about touching soil, watching something grow, and having a little routine that does not involve a screen, a notification, or someone needing something from you.

Gardening can help support mental well-being by:

• Reducing stress
• Encouraging time outdoors
• Supporting a calmer mood
• Giving your hands something productive to do
• Creating a sense of purpose
• Helping you feel more connected to nature

It does not have to be a big garden, either. A few herbs on the porch, flowers in pots, or one stubborn little tomato plant still counts.

Sometimes it really is the simple things that help bring us back to ourselves.

Before reaching for the spray bottle, take a closer look at what is already happening in your garden. 🐞

Dragonflies help keep mosquitoes in check. Ladybugs feed on aphids. Spiders catch flies and other small insects. These tiny garden allies are part of a natural system that works quietly every day.

A healthy garden is not meant to be perfectly sterile. It is meant to be alive, balanced, and full of helpful creatures doing their part.

Spray less. Observe more. Let nature do some of the work. 🌿
