Hello! I know we mentioned Sunday pick up, however, if you are wanting to order and are not available that day feel free to still order. Sausage will be frozen in 1lb packages. I do not mind making arrangements for other pick up times for customers that are okay getting it frozen.

Now that pricing has been posted, we will be prepping a large amount of sausage and bacon to be smoked.
To place an order send a message with your name, phone number, product you are wanting and quantity. We will have product available for pick up starting on Sunday. If you want your meat fresh from the smoker you will need to pick up by Monday. After monday all meat will be moved from the fridge to the freezer to guarantee freshness.
