Update on flooding at the farm…..Thank you to everyone who reached out and checked on us and offered help. We appreciate you all.

We had approx. 80% loss of crops but as you can see we are not completely wiped out. Some cherry tomatoes and a few of our slicer varieties survived. We don’t know how long we will have these but we have some now.

Stop by the stand for tomatoes, yellow onions, garlic, pickles, hot sauce, salts & seasonings and other goodies.

We will not be at the Pendleton Indiana Farmers Market this weekend but will return on 9/5.

For now we are trying to keep the last few remaining crops healthy and stocking the stand with all the goodness we can create.

Update on flooding at the farm.

We know how lucky we are that our home wasn’t affected like so many in our community. Our gardens are completely wrecked. The main garden has now been under water for too long to save any plants for further harvesting. We will have the last of the peppers and tomatoes for the season stocked at the stand this week.

We will not be returning to the Pendleton Indiana Farmers Market for the next 2 weeks as we clean up the damage and assess the rest of our season.

We are devastated that our last 6 years of work is being washed away. We have had some water issues in the past and spent last fall contouring the flow of water out of gardens to the pond and drain tile. All that work proved insufficient for this historic event.

The Pendleton Farmers Market is cancelled for 8/15 due to flooding. We hope you are all safe and doing well.

If you can travel safely the stand is stocked with tons of veggies!

This heat is Ruff-ing up the lettuce! Having a bark-ing good time tomorrow at our Dog Days of Summer theme market. Watch for a-maize-ing deals on vegetables, fruits, baked goods and more.

Show off your dogs summer style during our annual Dog Parade. Meet us at the small shelter house at 10am for a Paws-atively great time on our parade through the market.

We stocked the stand this morning before heading to the where we are stocked as well!

Keep in mind that we are continually making pickles & if a variety sells out it will more than likely be back soon.
