These Lemon Meringue Blondies really hit the spot! They are dense and "fudgy" like a brownie, but the flavor is light and vibrant with the perfect amount of zippy citrus. They are perfect for a summer BBQ dessert or a midnight snack. I love these so much. If you love Lemon Meringue Pie, then you will love these!

This weekend was my son's 12th birthday party so here's a few photos of things I created for his birthday. He and his friends had a blast and they loved all the goodies that I made for them. I wish I took more photos of the foods and drinks that I made. It was a whirlwind of a weekend but we survived with a house full of sugared up pre teen boys. Lol
