These "Bakery Style Pumpkin Cookies" by Courtney’s Cookies and Creations | Baker | Recipe Developer are so moist and soft. The cake-like center is so delicious! The sweetness isn't overpowering and pairs well with a tall glass of milk.
I think this is an awesome fall inspired cookie!
I'm tempted to add quick oats to it next time since it is so moist and soft. It would probably give it a little more bulk and add a little more nutrition for my littles. I love incorporating healthy ingredients into my bakes when cooking for my family, so I will probably try that next time I make this recipe. 🥰

I made one of my husband's favorite cookie recipes from Courtney’s Cookies and Creations | Baker | Recipe Developer .
This is the "She's My Cherry Pie" cookie, but it is made with blackberry pie filling since that's what I had on hand. I can't wait to try one after dinner tonight!

I made my first ever batch of cold processed soap! I so hope it turns out well! I guess I'll find out in about 6 weeks after it finishes curing!!! I created the recipe with a soap calculator, so it's in the air whether it will work out as intended or not. It smells amazing, though!!!
