Good morning. For those that have been missing those warm sweet cinnamon rolls you are in luck. There happens to be two dozen going to benefit a wonderful family today. If you get a chance come out grab some lunch and stay for the auction.

January has definitely come in strong with a case of the winter blues ❄️ I don’t want to leave the warm house, and I know a lot of you feel the same.
I’m going to keep the market closed for a bit, with the exception of a pop-up on a warmer day here and there. Let’s be honest—no one likes frozen bread 🥶🍞
In the meantime, I’ll be staying busy in the kitchen doing some recipe testing. If there’s something you’re needing or craving, send me a message and I’ll do my best to help you out 🤍

Merry Christmas! 🎄
I hope everyone had an amazing day spent with family and friends. Our hearts are so full.

There will be no market this week as I’ll be baking to fulfill our meal donation obligations. Thank you again to everyone who helped make that possible — it truly means the world. 🤍

My baking partner and I also got some new swag to rep the market, and we’re pretty excited about it! 😄

What a beautiful morning in the valley 🤍 The stand is stocked and ready!

Fresh out of the oven today: • Hot cinnamon rolls
• Jumbo cranberry orange muffins
• Gingerbread Granola
• Jalapeño Cheddar sourdough

I played in the kitchen this week and made a few butter candles 🕯️ The first 4 loaves of bread sold today will get one as a little treat from me.

I didn’t get sandwich bread made this week — just not enough hours in the day. If you were planning to come for that, message me and I’ll still get you taken care of before Christmas 🎄

Look at me being ahead of the game for once — menu drop a few days early! 🎉
There is a chance of scattered showers, but we’re rolling with it. ☔️ Bring your umbrella.

When I think of Christmas, there are a few flavors that always stand out to me, but two of my favorites are gingerbread and cranberries. 🎄

✨ Mayfield Munchie of the Week
Gingerbread Granola — packed to the brim with warm spices, toasted pecans, and dried cranberries. It was put to the test this weekend and passed with flying colors.

🍞 Sourdough of the Week
Jalapeño Cheddar.
There will also be a few loaves of sourdough sandwich bread available. Grab one to enjoy over the weekend or pop it in the freezer — it would be absolutely perfect as French toast on Christmas morning. 🎅🏼✨

🥐 Cinnamon Rolls
I’ll have plenty of hot fresh rolls ready to go. These freeze beautifully, too!

🧁 Sweet Treat of the Week
Sourdough Cranberry Orange Jumbo Muffins — bursting with fresh citrus, whole cranberries, and topped with a thick orange glaze. A tried-and-true favorite around here. 🍊

Life has been a little extra busy lately. My usual homebody self has had a couple of Christmas parties to attend—and of course they both landed on Fridays, my normal bake day. 🎄

This Friday is the last one, our company Christmas party. I’m actually looking forward to getting dressed up and having a fun evening. ✨

Things should be back to normal next week, and the 10-day forecast is looking amazing so far. I’m already brainstorming some ideas to make the last market before Christmas feel extra special.

My friends, I have a holiday proposal for you. ❤️

There are so many families in our area who could use just a little extra help this season. Many of us take for granted the ability to put dinner on the table each night, and this year our office — along with others within OCH — are putting together a meal collection drive to make a difference.

We are collecting all-in-one, shelf-stable meal kits that cost under $10 and feed 4–6 people. I’ve attached a list of sample meals and cost breakdowns to make it easy.

✨ GIVEAWAY: For every 10 meals donated, I’ll draw for a dozen homemade cinnamon rolls as a thank-you! Each meal gets you an entry.

⏰ Deadline: I do need these by the 19th to be eligible for the Cinnamon roll drawing.

📍 Drop-off: Meals can be dropped at your local OCH, or I can arrange a pickup time.

With the rain and wind this morning, we won’t be open today. 🌧️💨
Grab your umbrella and jacket and head over to Winterfest instead! Go take a peek and do a little (or a lot!) of shopping for Small Business Saturday. 🎁🛍️

Keeping a close eye on the weather this weekend — it’s not looking too favorable at the moment, but I’ll keep you all updated. 🌧️

I took the day off and spent it recipe testing, and I think I may have stumbled on a couple winners for the stand.
One is a Peppermint Hot Chocolate sourdough loaf filled to the brim with soft peppermint candy, milk chocolate, and fluffy marshmallows. 🍫✨

The other is a gingerbread oatmeal cookie that smells exactly like Christmas. 🎄🍪

Their fate now rests in the hands of my taste testers over the next few days. May the odds be ever in their favor. 😀🎯

Good morning! The stand is stocked and ready for you this morning.

We have Double Chocolate Sourdough with a Chocolate Chip Cookie swirl — decadent, rich, and absolutely delicious. There are original artisan loaves as well, and each one comes with a free bread dipping oil today!

Cinnamon rolls are hot and fresh, and our jumbo pumpkin muffins are here to satisfy your fall sweet tooth.

There’s also a little thank-you from me in the stand — I whipped up a batch of homemade caramels last night. They’re free while supplies last.

Good morning! It’s time for the weekly menu drop.
I did a little recipe testing last weekend and stumbled onto a winner — and I can’t wait to share it with you!

✨ Featured this week:
Double Chocolate Chip Sourdough with a chocolate chip cookie swirl baked right through the loaf. The taste testers gave it a big, resounding YES. It’s decadent, rich, and absolutely worth treating yourself to.

We’ll also have our classic plain artisan rounds, and starting this week I’m putting together a homemade dipping oil to pair perfectly with those plain and savory loaves — keep an eye out for that!

You’ll find our delicious cinnamon rolls in the market as always.

For this week’s sweet treat, I’m baking up some jumbo pumpkin muffins — because nothing says Fall like that cozy, spiced pumpkin goodness.
