Guys- PIES!!! A seasonal take on an old classic- these pies are the rhubarb version of lemon meringue pie. Rhubarb curd mixed with stewed rhubarb with a beautiful toasted meringue topping. Whoever gets to eat these- I would love a report back! A perfect addition to a memorial day bbq!
Our second special of the weekend are these sourdough brioche croissants. Two flavors- garlic cheddar and BBQ garlic cheddar. The BBQ sauce is made with our house smoked tomatoes, onions, peppers and garlic- all grown here!
