Guys- PIES!!! A seasonal take on an old classic- these pies are the rhubarb version of lemon meringue pie. Rhubarb curd mixed with stewed rhubarb with a beautiful toasted meringue topping. Whoever gets to eat these- I would love a report back! A perfect addition to a memorial day bbq!

Our second special of the weekend are these sourdough brioche croissants. Two flavors- garlic cheddar and BBQ garlic cheddar. The BBQ sauce is made with our house smoked tomatoes, onions, peppers and garlic- all grown here!

Get your plants this weekend! Frost is over for the year and it's time to get planting! Our starts are flying this year, so don't miss out.

Ah, rhubarb season, you hold a special place in my heart. Grabs yours, on the stand now!

Rhubarb and strawberry sourdough brioche danish. Oh- so- delicious.

Crow tree farm will be selling baked goods at a fundraiser here in town on Sunday! East Andover village preschool is hosting a 5k/bake sale on Sunday starting at 9 am. Find crow tree baked goods and other goodies that are sure to satisfy. I'll be running the race after a long morning of baking- come cheer me on! Drive over to east Andover village to find us!

Mothers day weekend things!

Strawberry rhubarb edible flower fairy tea cakes. Yellow sponge cake, rhubarb curd, strawberry whipped cream, forsythia simple syrup. Cut into hearts and adorned with edible flowers. Mom is so special- doesn't she deserve something great?

Apricot jam scones with a lavender glaze. Made with sourdough, these scones are buttery and oh so delicious. Sweet, lightly floral- a perfect treat.

OUR PLANT SALE HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN!!

Look at this video of some of our plant starts and beautiful hanging baskets! Everything is planted from seed and treated with the utmost care. Grown organically, these plant starts will be the healthiest you will ever buy. Our flower baskets will be the cheapest ones you will find- and they will last the whole season unlike those bought from large nurseries. This is a great opportunity to support local.

Good morning friends! Bread is back on the farm stand- hope you didn't miss me too much last weekend. Sourdough focaccia with housemade mozzarella, crow tree farm roasted tomatoes, and our own garlic and basil. I will post tomorrow about our mother's day specials!

Asparagus is coming in hot and heavy- make sure to grab yours in this very short season! Also on the stand are scallion bunches.

Be sure to pick up something great for mom this weekend- mom's deserve the best!

Fiocche di Neve- a classic Italian pastry is on special this weekend. These are brioche donuts stuffed with a housemade ricotta honey cream. They come in packs of six, and are guaranteed to disappear fast.

Also on the stand this weekend is our curry sourdough, sourdough cinnamon rolls and all of the classic favorites.

Hey friends! Are you all enjoying the beautiful weather?

Weekend specials are as such- raspberry jam and chocolate chip sourdough scones. These have the Mara smile seal of approval. "Mama, these are so sweet and buttery and yummy!"

Sesame crusted chai tea spiced sourdough artisan bread. Trust me on this one- have I led you astray yet? This bread is aromatic and so flavorful and the flavor profile on it is fantastic.

Green garlic! This is one of my favorite spring treats. Delicious raw, but so tasty sautéed in butter.

Weekend farm stand things!

Sourdough brioche cheddar garlic croissants. Joe has eaten four of these already so you so better hurry. Cheesy, buttery, garlicky- who could ask for anything more!

Parsnips have been dug! These beauties were seeded almost a year ago, left in the ground over winter and just dug for your table. They are so very sweet after a winter in the ground. Come grab our first crop of the year!

Rosemary and garlic sourdough artisan bread. A savory paradise!

Also on stand this weekend- cinnamon rolls and all of your standard favorites.

Easter weekend specials!

Looking for something exciting to add to your Easter dinner or brunch? Look no further, I've got your one of a kind baked goods here.

Chocolate babka sourdough brioche Easter nests. Chocolate ganache swirled brioche, a chocolate ganache nest, nestled with Cadbury eggs. Holy moly.

Sourdough brioche hot cross buns. Spiced brioche dough, orange, raisins and glazed with apricot jelly. This is our take on an Easter classic.

Sourdough brioche braided challah breads with sesame and maple syrup. These are soft flaky, melt in your mouth goodness- and boy do they look purty.
