We spent the summer breaking into some pretty cool looking beefs… needless to say, we are ecstatic about where our program currently is. We’ve had so many of you supporting us for years, while we chase this crazy dream of ours… we couldn’t be more grateful to each of you. ❤️🐮

Stay tuned over the coming weeks to meet a few of our new friends and colleagues in the local food revolution. 👨🏻‍🍳 + 👨‍🌾

We are so thankful to be involved with the The Texas Tech Club and their event- the Showdown at the Jones!

Last night, local Chef volunteers came together to create dishes using only ingredients that come in a South Plains Food Bank box, which included Flying M Beef. How cool is that?!

We are proud to be a part of the Showdown and the impact it makes on the South Plains community 💕

•NLJRA Bands will be provided to all families and contestants, please come see us to get yours. These will also help for the Concert.
•Dress Code is mandatory for the Awards Banquet.
•Please be sure to hook up to the GUEST WIFI before the Awards. We will be handling Open Term Nominations and elections for President and Secretary. If you need help connecting please get with us your vote is very important to us!

You’ve heard the term “heart healthy”, but how does that apply to our Craft Akaushi Beef?

The high-fat content in Akaushi cattle leaves less room for muscle fiber and collagen, making the beef notably more tender than other breeds.
