Ok guys we now have pork and lamb for sale. We have a very limited amount so let me know if you would like some. The pork is really amazing. These are Heritage breed stock and raised on pasture. The meat is really amazing. We are very excited to finally be able to eat pasture raised pork. The lamb was raised here on pasture as well. We can make cuts specific to your families needs with enough notice.828-321-4499

Volunteers needed!
We are looking for some people to help with packaging of chicken. (not the gross processing stuff!!!) I need people who can wash chicken and throw it in a bag, shrink it, and label it. This is the real "bottle neck" of our operation. You know what they say, "you can't get help if you don't ask." We can use help on Monday for sure but most of the days next week would be good too. call or message me.

SALE!!!!! We have a large inventory of chicken bones that are going on sale! We are selling them for 1.50$ / lb we will meet somewhere in Andrews. These would be great to make a nutrient rich golden chicken stock or great as raw dog treats! However you use them get them now! We usually only run this sale once a year.
