One of our favorite ways to prepare our ground beef: Homemade meatloaf 🍽️

2 lbs ground Sycamore Ridge Farm beef
2 eggs
1/2 diced onion
1 sleeve crushed club crackers
1 cup ketchup
Top with BBQ sauce and bake at 350° for 1 hour

The perfect meal for a cold winter evening!❄️
