Thank you to our wonderful clients who have allowed us to grow and serve the great people of the the Permian basin!

It’s a pleased to cater for the oil field and serve great company’s such as Apache, Exxon, XTO, Continental ,Catalyst and so much more!

We cook on site and offer drop off as well.
Our times included breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight.

What’s included with our services? Our team offers buffet style for large parties and provide all the plates, Schaeffer dishes, cups, silverware, ice and drink dispensers. After we serve your guest we make sure to clean and insure proper sanitation.

Featuring our shredded brisket, pulled pork, smoked baby back ribs and so much more.
For breakfast we made French toast, bacon, scrambled eggs and roasted potatoes.
