We're sad to have Oktoberfest cancelled, but we hope everyone stays safe and dry. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help!

𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦!! While Helene is supposed to be out of here late Friday evening, she's going to leave behind a mess. Our Oktoberfest committee has been in discussions since last night, and after talking to our Fire Chief, and others involved, 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗢𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁. Our rain date was set for Sunday, but there are other events scheduled in the area on that day, and we don't want to cause a decline in their attendance (plus some of our vendors are involved in that event). It's been 5 years since we had to cancel an event, and we don't like doing it, but we feel it's best with the weather we have headed our way.

October is a busy month with the Folk School Fall Festival, the Cherokee County Fair, Punkin Chunkin, and Halloween events, so there's no option to reschedule any time soon. Christmas on Main Street is coming up on November 23rd, so we are going to concentrate on making that the best one yet!

Emails were just sent out to Vendors with instructions regarding their fees. That email will come from 𝙣𝙚𝙬𝙨@𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙬𝙨𝙣𝙘.𝙘𝙤𝙢
