We took advantage of the bright sun and warm temps today to capture a few photos of one of our favorite yearlings that we have available! L17 or "Twix" as we call him, combines an attractive phenotype with power, capacity and muscle to spare!

CHURCHILL PROMINENT 190J ET

Our choice at the 2022 Churchill Cattle Company World Class Bull Sale in Manhattan, MT. CCC described 190J as “Our Fanciest Bull, with Eye Appeal to Burn” and we agree! 190J is Homozygous Polled and super clean fronted with a neat, smooth, shoulder which flows smoothly back to a massive rib and a big, square hip. He is long sided with a stylish, up-headed stance that draws your attention to his smooth movement and well-balanced profile. His dam, Churchill Lady 807F ET, is a beautiful up-and-coming young donor in the Churchill program that was the high selling lot in their 2018 female sale. His sire, JDH AH Prominent 21G, caught our attention at the 2020 National Western Stock Show with a superior phenotype and pedigree packed with tremendous females. With a balanced EPD profile that features superior maternal and carcass traits, 190J will be a high-performance herd sire that will leave his mark with trim, stylish, high performing calves for years to come!

JDH 71G 15E MUNSON 26J

We had the pleasure of adding Munson 26J to our herd bull battery from the Delaney Herefords and Atkins Herefords bull sale and we couldn't be more excited. This homozygous polled stud is a AH JDH MUNSON 15E son out of a tremendous first calf heifer that is a paternal sister to the popular Prominent, Benton and Standout bulls from the Delaney program. 26J offers a true low birth high performance spread with a 68-pound BW to a 773-pound WW, up to a 1,367-pound YW. His combination of growth, muscling, phenotype, carcass, spring of rib and soundness is unmatched. We are looking forward to the potential and possibilities 26J bring to the table.

2022 Calving is off to an awesome start! Longhaul, Mandate, Cuda and Advance 628 heifer calves on the ground. Excited to see what these girls do in the future!

TH PLAINSMAN 508G ET

Plainsman was our top choice out of the flush of TH Frontier 174E and TH 70Y 14Z LADY CINCH 106B in the 2020 Topp Herefords sale. He exhibits an impressive profile with tremendous depth of rib and muscling that carries deep into his rear quarter. Plainsman is a true low-birth, high-growth bull with his +5.7 CE and +1.5 BW to a +120 YW EPD spread. This spring, he has solidified his role as our go-to calving ease and low-birth weight sire with his calf crop averaging 71 pounds. His calves are vigorous at birth and are growing like weeds!

TH ACCELERATOR 503G ET

Accelerator was our choice of the 2020 Topp Herefords sale to accelerate the growth of our herd! He is a son of TH Bottom Line 206E and a maternal brother to the popular Genex sire TH Frontier 174E out of FTF Trusting Lady 312A. Accelerator boasts an impressive epd spread of +4.3 to +142 from birth to yearling! With a 205 day weight of 898 lbs and 365 day weight of 1,386 lbs to back it up. He is as thick and well muscled as they come, with loads of capacity and depth of rib to go along with a correct and free moving structure. His calves are hitting the ground as we speak and we are loving them! We expect to have around 40 calves out of Accelerator and cant wait to see what they can do!
