Don’t let the weather keep you away!! We’ll be dry in the parking garage tomorrow with a special return from college with Rylee. Come by and say hey and pick up some fresh veggies to offset any fair food this week 😂.

You mean you actually pay for these bugs? The answer is yes! We release hundreds of thousand of beneficial insects every month. Here’s what it look like when we release this variety. Hope that helps explain what we mean by beneficial insects. We use a half dozen different varieties throughout the year depending on the specific pest we have or are trying to prevent. Here’s a quick video showing how we transplant lettuce into the deep water culture. Right now it takes about 4-5 weekend depending on the variety for it to grow to harvest ready size for you to enjoy.
