Stroh Orchard will be taking orders for 10 pound boxes of Blueberries, they are $35.00 a box. A $25.00 deposit will be required per box. They will be here next week. Orders must be placed over the phone or in person and must be placed by Monday July 8 th by 5:00 pm .

Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

For the Dough:
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
For the Filling:
2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Prepare the Dough: In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Make the Filling: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in chopped peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the peaches are soft and the mixture thickens.
Shape the Rolls: On a floured surface, roll the dough into a large rectangle. Spread the peach mixture evenly over the dough. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into 12 equal pieces. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake and Glaze: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until golden. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.
Prep Time: 20 minutes | Rising Time: 1.5 hours | Cooking Time: 25 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes

Curious about how our delicious apple cider is made? 🤔 First our cider apples are washed and sorted. Next the apples are sent into an elevator where they are taken to be ground into pulp. The pulp is then laid out evenly onto a cloth draped rack. The racks are stacked one on top of the other until we have a good sized stack. Finally this stack is pressed where the fresh apple cider then flows into a milk tank where it stays until it's bottled. Stroh Cider is 100% straight pressed juice, no additives!
