Fall produce is on the self serve farmstand, acorn, honey nut and butternut squash, baking pumpkins. Mini wonder peppers and jalapeno, and onions. 3 dozen eggs today. Jams today are strawberry, blackberry peach, pear vanilla, double berry, raspberry, and 1 raspberry jalapeno left. 1 maple apple butter. Vanilla, popcorn and honey. Our store will be open Saturday 10 am-2 pm for beef and other hand sewn items.

Take a guess at what I was up to today. Yep, jam making. Strawberry, blackberry peach and a double berry ( blackberry/raspberry) will be on the stand tomorrow. Plus I have a roasting chicken in the crockpot going for dinner, from Soil Shepherd Farm, so the house smells amazing.

Our farmstand will continue to stay open as long as it can. We have baking pumpkins, butternut, honey nut squash, potatoes, jalapeños, onions, and still have some Romas. Raspberry, strawberry, rasp jalapeno, pear vanilla jam, maple apple butter, popcorn, honey. Have a wonderful week!

On the farmstand today we still have some really nice Romas, pie pumpkins, red potatoes, onions, jalapeno, grape tomatoes, jams, honey, popcorn, vanilla. I will be picking butternut squash this weekend, digging more potatoes and checking on my popcorn. Have a nice week!

I have picked some sugar baking pumpkins, they are curing for about a week for best storage. I save my seeds all the time and there is some cross pollination that occurs once in a while. I have 2 butternuts shaped like a pumpkin and 2 butternuts that resemble a honey nut squash so it should be interesting to see what they taste like.

Our inside store open Saturday 10 am -2 pm. We have grass fed ground beef, sirloin, chuck roasts, stew meat, skirt and flank steak, and round steaks available. This weekend I will be harvesting sugar pumpkins, maybe butternut if it looks ready and potatoes. One the self serve stand we still are picking Romas, some peppers, onions, and grape tomatoes. Jams are strawberry, raspberry and raspberry jalapeno and pear vanilla. We have a maple apple butter. Vanilla, popcorn, honey and eggs.
