…we are growing Nebbiolo on our Cimarossa estate? A nod to Dino Dina’s Italian heritage.
It’s a distinctive expression of Nebbiolo, a grape typically associated with Italy, grown in a unique volcanic soil environment on Howell Moubtain, resulting in a wine that is powerful yet expressive and can age well.
