Cultivated for over 2000 years.

2025 Malvasia Bianca
Malvasia Bianca is one of the most historical grape varieties in the world, with roots that trace back centuries throughout the Mediterranean. Known for its expressive floral character, the grape produces wines that are beautifully lifted and vibrant - showing notes of citrus blossom, stone fruit, and fresh herbs, balanced by bright, natural acidity. At Cimarossa, our mountain-grown Malvasia takes on an added dimension. The elevation and volcanic soils of our estate lend the wine a beautiful, underlying structure that supports its vibrant aromatics.
