Cimarossa Vineyards features 1,200 olive trees planted alongside grapevines in red volcanic soil at an elevation of 2,100 feet on Napa Valley’s Howell Mountain. Spanning five classic Italian varieties, these trees are hand-harvested in the fall to create a rare, intense estate extra virgin olive oil.

Fall is here, and with it, three of our favorite ways to show off the 2023 vintage: Riva di Levante, Riva di Ponente, and Buriana. These estate Cabernets each come from their own corner of Cimarossa, and while they definitely have their own personalities, they all carry the balance, concentration, and mountain character that made 2023 such a special vintage for us.
