This individual plays a key role by mixing our products start to finish! Successful candidates will be able to complete simple math, follow instructions, and work independently. Candidate must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds consistently, bending, and standing for 8 hours.

The QA Lab Lab Technician supports plant operations by monitoring adherence to food safety and quality policies through direct observations and in-process tests. This is a full-time position scheduled overtime available, that reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-operational inspection of equipment
Adhere to quality and safety standards
Other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Test in-process products for compliance to specification and formulate adjustments as necessary
Check units on the production lines to ensure products are within quality and food safety limits
Document test results; communicate deviations to management and co-workers

1st shift: 7am-4pm
3rd shift: 10pm-7am

Responsibilities:
-Feed product into machinery
-Monitor production processes
-Hand pack items for shipment
-Stack full cases onto pallets

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and stand for 8+ hours.
Must have great attendance and commitment to work.

1st and 3rd shifts available.
1st shift: 7am-4pm
3rd shift: 10pm-6am
Overtime hours required on as needed basis. Must be available for weekend work bi-weekly.
