We will be at Dixboro Market 3-6pm Friday, hopefully until the end of the season, and the home cart will be out and stocked as long as the weather is good!

The garden is looking lush this week, with lots of crops getting close to ready and 80% of rows seeded or planted.

We have loads of peas; due to the cool spring and hot June temperatures the plants are putting their entire month-long yield into two weeks. Reach out if you’re in need!

Pea season is here! Sugar snaps are in abundance and we’ve got plenty of snow peas too.

You might notice the pink flowers and be a little curious - most varieties of edible peas have white flowers! Our sugar snap peas are the variety "Magnolia Blossom", which have pink blossoms, get to ~6ft tall, and are prolific yielders and resilient plants. We got this variety from the now-folded Ann Arbor Seed Company and are never going back!

Strawberry season is in full swing!

Besides the abundance of berries, the farm is very peaceful in the evenings these days. It was a cool and dark spring, for the most part, so we have been slow to plant and slow to recoup other crops but are savoring the sweetness of berries while they last.
