We Are Back !! See you at the , where we started 16 years ago. Tomorrow , Saturday July 11th.

We will be fully loaded with all our ferments, as well as an abundance of half sour dillydally pickle chips, and a VERY LIMITED AMOUNT of 2 lb smoked tempeh loaves! (spoiler alert: there will be much more smoked Tempeh and other new items hitting the market this summer and fall!

Special shout out to those long time patrons who crave product development and want to be the first to try new things ! (Shh don’t tell anyone , but you might see brinery miso, and much more, in the near future … 🤫)
