Have you noticed the golden hue to your milk yet? All those omega 3's and CLA's along with beta carotenes (Vitamin A) and Vitamin K from the spring grass is concentrating!

You may also notice a slight flavor change. Some describe it as earthy or herbal from the fresh green plants, dandelions, and plantain in the mixed perennial grasses, legumes, and forbes.
