Hey Y'all Hey

So many of you commented on the Strawberry Jalapeno video and for that I am truly thankful. 

For the sake of clarity, transparency and understanding I would like to tell you who we are and what we do before you purchase. 

In that video I said that we make jam. What we truly make is spreadable fruit.. 

Spreadable Fruit is exactly as the name describes. It's not jellied like jelly and not as thick as jam.

For the most part the pectin (thickener) comes from the fruit and as you may know some fruit produces more natural pectin, therefore that spreadable fruit will be thicker.

We encourage you to think outside the bread

Can you put it on toast? ABSOLUTELY!!

It's designed to be used as a spread, works well as a glaze or topping, try layering it in a parfait or ice cream or a condiment on your egg roll.
