Absolutely spectacular business! My wife and I walked in just to casually browser when we were met by Chad. I had done some research and we had some discussions, but rather than just discuss, Chad took the time to show off many of the vacuums shown.

We went through about 3-4 different models of varying price points and feature sets, and at no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase. The entire time, probably about 30 minutes, was purely to educate us on what to look for, and the differences. I was pleasantly surprised to see at the end, he made no mentions of what we wanted to purchase next, and gave us some advice. He gave us a sheet with his contact information, and a brief list of the vacuums we went over and their features (super helpful!) so we had them for reference.

We ended up going back shortly after mid-week to make a purchase on a Miele C3 Complete Marin. Rex assisted us this time with getting some extra accessories we were interested in, and making sure we were all set up. We walked out incredibly pleased that we took the time to come here.

Overall, I would recommend this place even if you're just looking. They were phenomenal and I absolutely will be coming back and recommending them to anyone in the market for a new vacuum, or repairs on small appliances! Truly a 6/5 place!
