What you will be doing
-Model exceptional guest service to all customers, inspire and coach crew members to do the same.
-Demonstrate knowledge of all products on our menu and partner with Store
-Manager on ordering and periodic stock counts.
-Direct, coordinate, and participate in making drinks and ensure the quality of drinks made by crew members.
-Able to handle challenging situations with calmness and confidence.
-Effectively assign duties and examine work for success especially during peak periods
-Embody the trainer mindset and demonstrate the ability to execute successful -partner training from beginning to end using appropriate materials with minimal guidance.
-Understand the basics of a profit & loss statement and demonstrate the ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Who do we recruit
-Available hours between 7pm-12am
-Part-time with a minimum of 20-30 hrs per week committed
-Committed to staying employed with us for at least 1 year.
-Experience in a leadership position in a food or beverage shop. Experience with a café shop is a plus. Open availability and cash handling experience preferred
-Have high integrity. Dependable, honest, and trustworthy
-Outstanding communication and customer service skills
With a great attitude and the willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
-Able to learn and adhere to safe food handling and safety regulations
-Basic mathematical skills
-High school or equivalent diploma
-Legally authorized to work in the US
