Nifty Hoops

10/02/2026

We’re heading to Armistead Farm in Franklin, TN, to complete our biggest project ever (8 hoop houses!), and bring an incredible Agrihood vision to life.

What is an Agrihood?
Think of it as a neighborhood where agriculture isn’t just nearby — it’s at the heart of the community.

🥕 Fresh, locally grown food from farm to table
🚜 Working farmland, livestock, and gardens
🌱 Educational programs, community gathering spaces, and much more

We are honored to play a small part in building this legacy rooted in community, connection, and sustainable agriculture.

Had such a great day building with Julie Blumer and her amazing crew at Alphorn Valley Lavender Farm Farm! 💜
The clouds rolled in and gave us some much-needed shade. 🙏 Can’t wait to see it overflowing with beautiful lavender blooms in the seasons ahead!

Visited the lovely Julia Griffin farm today. 🌸 🌸🌸

The crew did some upkeep to the tunnel and upgraded to temperature controlled side curtains.

Our growers can’t stop because of this wildfire smoke, so neither can we.
One thing we love about our community installs is getting our hands dirty and meeting the people who are changing our food economy, one farm at a time.
We had the chance to work with Sarah and her crew at Hogg Creek to put up a 30x72, and we had an absolute blast. Stories like hers are exactly why we love what we do. 🌱💚

It’s mid June and the hoophouse is barely planted… what would you plant this late in the season in a hoophouse?
