Our featured dish this week was a little tough as chef Keith added five new stellar dishes to our rotation! But after much deliberation it’s the Pork Vindaloo served with Red Lentil Dal, Jasmine Rice, and Kachumber Salad 🤤 Local Ernst farms pork shoulder smoked in house tipped the scales.
