Mild and smooth, with that amazing burst-in-your mouth pop, our malossol caviar is an Osetra class, with eggs ranging from 2.4mm–2.5mm in diameter, making them grade A product. One of the more dramatic pictures we have ever seen with our caviar and one of the best descriptions as well. So thankful to our friend Heidi for her post and her talent.

The calendar may say spring, but the view of snow-fluttered trees out my kitchen window still describes days of winter. My daughter is away on her senior class spring break excursion and I’ve been keeping the cupboard relatively spare while cooking for one.
