We’re often asked why we’re starting with a pavilion instead of jumping straight into a full brewery building.

The answer is simple: gathering comes first.

This pavilion is about creating a place.
One that lets us host, learn, test, and grow intentionally before scaling anything bigger.

This is the part no one really sees...
The paperwork, planning, conversations, and decisions that don’t photograph well. But this is where it starts.

Before the first pour, before the tables, before the gatherings...

This dream started with conversations in the field, seed orders, and sketches on scrap paper. Now it has a home.

We built something beautiful these last five years.
It was messy, magical, imperfect, community-filled. And we’re ready for what comes next as Wildberry evolves.
