We’re leaning into the season with edible flowers and a beautifully balanced board. Featuring Pavino from a creamy, buttery cheese with subtle sweetness and a silky, approachable finish.

Alongside it, we’re showcasing two Dutch standouts: a truffle Gouda from Artikaas, rich and earthy with aromatic depth, and an aged Beemster Gouda from the Netherlands, known for its deep caramel notes and signature crystalline crunch.

I curated a beautifully simple grazing table with six thoughtfully selected cheeses: creamy Saint Agur blue, Emmi’s single source Emmentaler, Appenzeller, Emmentaler, velvety Petit Camembert brie, Mitica Cordobés, and Niels Yard’s Appleby’s Cheshire. Savoring a global journey on a charcuterie board: artisanal Pavino from the USA, nutty Manchego from Spain, triple-cream St. André from France, aged Beemster Gouda from the Netherlands, and silky Port Salut. Paired with Castelvetrano olives, golden honey, fig jam, and a rainbow of fruits: Cara Cara oranges, mandarins, grapes, strawberries, and blueberries. Each bite is a taste of elegance, harmony, and global inspiration.
