Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years from local pop-ups to festivals and beyond. Your love for our Lump Crab Egg Rolls helped lay the foundation for something greater.

While this page will remain visible, it will no longer be active. We’ve officially transitioned to The Roll’n Crab Co., focusing on wholesale partnerships, distributor relationships, and our VIP Consumer Subscription Program.

You’ll still see us at farmers markets and trade shows across the country not selling food, but offering samples, connecting with restaurants, and enrolling new VIP subscribers.

All orders will now be shipped directly to homes and businesses nationwide for guaranteed freshness and consistency.

🦀 A Quick Update from Roll’n Crab Co.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to be transparent and keep y’all in the loop.

Last week, we announced that Roll’n Crab would be serving food out of Bailey’s Seafood. After taking some time to look at our long-term goals, we’ve decided to shift our focus fully toward growing our wholesale operation supplying restaurants and distributors with our signature Lump Crab Egg Rolls.

There’s no bad blood at all we’ve got nothing but love and respect for Bailey’s Seafood and their team. This decision just makes the most sense for where our business is headed right now.

We’re working on scaling production, improving packaging, and expanding availability for restaurants that want to carry our product.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported us at pop-ups and beyond this next chapter is all about growth, consistency, and getting Roll’n Crab on more menus across the country. 🙏🏽

The Wind Down at Layton’s Chance Winery was absolutely epic! Another sell-out even it touched my heart to see so many people line up, wait patiently, and show love just to enjoy our food.
