Oct 29 - tacos! We’re gonna make some nice masa and shells to go with meats and salsas we make in house - chorizo and papas, suadero featured. Finally we’ll shape and eat some tamales! 7:30, $90pp

Hello! The Ugly Pig will be closed this weekend and next, but will be open this Tuesday and Wednesday, and next!

Because of that THE THANKSGIVING ORDERING PERIOD WILL BEGIN TOMORROW, WED SEPT 30!!! This week we have some after hours stuff if you are free Wednesday or Thursday!

Wednesday - we’ll start with a cooking a seared duck breast and pan sauce, and then take some braised rabbit in lentils out of a Dutch oven, we will end with a rack of elk! There will be refreshments and polenta cakes this time around. Wed sept 23, 7:30-10pm. $90

Thursday - cooking fish! Sept 24, 7:30-9:30, $90

It's not too late to sign up our steak cooking workshop! This time around we will make some cowboy butter, hollandaise and red chimi together, and pair them with a massive Creekstone Prime bone in Ribeye, picanha, and tri-tip! We'll also have some fun sides and drinks to pair with the food. Don't delay in signing up - The workshop is this Thursday Sept 17 at 7:30pm! $90 - registration is required, no walk ins pls
