Hello!

Are you going to be using your smoker this weekend? We have all kinds of great items to make your Labor Day a delight - picanha, colossal beef ribs, baby backs, pork spare ribs, pork belly, beef cheeks, GIANT CREEKSTONE PRIME RIBEYES

We’ve got lots of burgers and hot dogs today and some great steaks and lamb and iberico pork! Once my replacement part for the meat grinder comes (today?) we’ll have lots of sausage for the weekend.

Well have some nice fish soon as well as lots of dry aged steaks - ribeye, filets, top round, ribeye, and 1 zabuton on Sunday!

Good morning!

This week we are pulling out the big guns -

- Sir Harry Wagyu ribeyes are back
- Campo Grande Iberico pork roast are here
- we’ll have a Creekstone Prime giant French cut ribeyes
- Cheshire farms pork loin
- boerowurs and some other kind of sausage
- duck breasts and confit
- and then all the staples like delicious creekstone hangers and bavettes and our amazing burgers
- Ora salmon on Friday
