A very dear friend is retiring, what better way to send him off than with a chocolate espresso and vanilla bean cake carved into a book!
(Hint…. He’s retiring to write his novel full time)
There is chocolate with cookie crème mousse filling on the chocolate side and vanilla bean mousse on the vanilla side.

There were many challenges in 2025, my beloved Saxon joined Ace at Rainbow Bridge and my wonderful Father in Law passed away but there were many wonderful things that happened, Nocternal Noms was born and has made many outings to markets. 2026 holds many more surprises as I take this time for me to look into other venues and strive to spread the word about a small but growing, quirky, leaning to the dark side sweet shop and bakery.
