Las mantecadas de chispitas de chocolate con un café me llevan a mi niñez, cuando íbamos al Smart en México.
Las mantecadas siempre fueron mis favoritas: de nuez, con chispas de chocolate o sencillas.
Por eso quise traerlas a nuestro menú en Blancita’s Cuisine, ya que fueron un pilar en mis recuerdos de infancia.

Chocolate chip mantecadas with a cup of coffee take me back to my childhood, when we used to go to Smart in Mexico.
The Montes were always my favorite pecan, chocolate chip, or just plain.
That’s why I wanted to add them to our menu at Blancita’s Cuisine, since they were such a big staple in my childhood memories.
