Welcome to Allison's Maple Syrup, all Syrup made here right in Lebanon County.....
We have been in the making for about 4 years and every year is one step forward, we began our first year tapping around 50-100 trees and now we tap around 1,000-2,000 tree's which makes endless amounts of time to collect, boil and store. We started out with an "old" cookstove that took several days to boil just 10

gallons sap but we have upgraded into a evaporator that takes less then a couple hours to boil down and less wood to burn. We wouldn't be where we are today if it wasn't for the help of Patterson Farms up in Northern Part of PA, with there knowledge and experience they have helped us along the Journey of the whole process and preparation
