What a fun day on FOX 9 Good Day! I got to bring two of my favorite creations to the show — my Sloppy Joe Dogs and my Nordic Hot Dogs where classic comfort food meets butcher-shop quality from Anoka Meats. 🇳🇴❤️🇸🇪❤️🇩🇰

The Sloppy Joe Dog is messy, saucy and ridiculously good, while the Nordic Hot Dog brings those Scandinavian flavors I love right here to Minnesota.

🔥 Homecooked SHORT RIB RAMEN! 🍜 🔥

Tonight we made tender, slow-cooked short ribs + rich, savory broth + noodles with all the delicious toppings.

Stop by Anoka Meat & Sausage and grab your short rib’s to make your own incredible ramen at home with big flavor & tender beef.



Preheat oven to 325 F.
In a dutch oven add olive oil, and braise the short ribs for 2-3 minutes per side and remove.

Add diced onion, a tablespoon gochujan, and 3 tsp minced ginger, sauté until onion is soft.

Add 2 cups beef broth and 1 cup water, then add the short ribs back, cover and bake for 3 hours.
