This one has been in the works for a while and I’m excited to introduce this craft beer! An American Hefeweizen infused with vanilla beans and... Huckleberry! With a nod to Arizona’s gunslinger past, “I’m Your Huckleberry” is named after the famous line spoken by Doc Holiday in the western ‘Tombstone.’ Very smooth with an ABV of only 4%, it holds the hefeweizen tradition and adds berry with a vanilla background.

Update: It’s been a bit over a month now since I posted. That time has been well spent. Two “test” brews are nearing completion, a Hefeweizen with a unique twist and an American Pale Ale that is just finishing up now for bottleing.

Behind the scenes I’ve gone digital by adding software to manage DMB recipe development and brew creations. Throw in planning the next brew of what I hope to become a cornerstone DMB beer, and it’s been a lot of background work as of late.

Having said all of that, stand-by for the next beer posts, coming very soon. I’ll let you know when... 🍺 😁

Just in time for Santa to grab a bomber! Deadman Wash IPA is a hop forward west coast style India Pale Ale. Not for the faint, this beer was dry hopped with Idaho 7 hops for a distinctive bitterness that added bold depth on top of the underlying pine and citrus notes. Named for the rocky and rugged wash that cuts its’ way down Daisy Mountain and through the Sonoran desert, this bold and complex IPA turned out perfect! A new western legend is born... Deadman Wash IPA. 💀

Inspired by our beautiful Arizona sunsets, the orange hues casting along the mountains each evening, and with a nod to the orange, white, and black of my nearly three decade Coast Guard career... I am very proud to share it...

Crafted by Jessica Clark at Beach Haze Designs ([email protected]), she was simply incredible to work with and I can't say enough about her talent and her ability to capture my vision! I recommend her and Beach Haze Designs to ANYONE!

The first beer under the Daisy Mountain Brewing Company name. An American Amber, this home brew turned out great as a fall beer! Hints of caramel and vanilla, malty with just a touch of hops and very drinkable. It was made using locally sourced spring water and named Copper Spring Ale with a nod to its copper hues. North of Anthem, AZ and down a popular dirt road into the Bloody Basin area of Tonto National Forest, you pass the small Copper Spring. At 5.25% ABV, I’ve given several bottles away to friends for the Thanksgiving holiday. Cheers!
