The first beer under the Daisy Mountain Brewing Company name. An American Amber, this home brew turned out great as a fall beer! Hints of caramel and vanilla, malty with just a touch of hops and very drinkable. It was made using locally sourced spring water and named Copper Spring Ale with a nod to its copper hues. North of Anthem, AZ and down a popular dirt road into the Bloody Basin area of Tonto National Forest, you pass the small Copper Spring. At 5.25% ABV, I’ve given several bottles away to friends for the Thanksgiving holiday. Cheers!
