After a short drive through the 200 yards of pecan orchard you will find the stables and cowboy bunk house both available for overnight rental to folks hauling horses from one place to another. The enclosed

barn has 7 14x14 box stalls, deeply bedded with rubber mats and auto waters. There are a couple 20x20 covered stalls that are also bedded also with auto water
9 Turn outs are up to 1/4 acre with access to covered and bedded stalls

Hot Walker, Wash Rack and Arena/Round pen available

Cowboy bunk house sleeps up to 5, 1 Full size bed, 2 twins and a cot available .Refrigerated air and heat
Bathroom with shower, T.V. free Wi Fi, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, coffee, tea, cream, sweetener. Outdoor furniture for relaxing on a beautiful evening after a long drive. hookups electric w 110 adapter and water
