Ganados del Rey Beef & More Ganados del Rey is the retail label of Jinglebob Land & Cattle LLC, offering premium beef sourced from the heritage Criollo breed.

We produce all-natural Criollo beef that is hormone, antibiotic-free, free-range, dry-aged, grass & fodder finished, and never confined to a commercial feedlot. These cattle, brought to the Americas by Spanish explorers in the 1500s, have evolved to thrive in rugged rangeland environments, providing a high-quality, nutrient-rich beef with a lower environmental footprint.

June 6th, we will be at the Farmers and Craft Market in Las Cruces from 8:30-1:00. Our location is Main and Las Cruces.
We are waiting for new product but we still have roasts, ground round and chuck, back ribs, short ribs, Dino ribs, knuckle bones, shank, stock bones, liver, suet, tri tip and some steaks.
