This Saturday, we're swapping out Sizzlin Spice for UMO's Tacos & BBQ!
You've probably seen them around, but let's get official.... meet Val and Noel, the dynamic duo behind the deliciousness!
They specialize in Street Tacos, Burgers, Bbq... and everything in between!
Their love for food started at an early age, as ranch kids. They both had first-hand experience in raising/ growing food, where they learned the importance of respect and love for their food and culture.
They have both been in the food industry as first jobs and into adulthood. They enjoy cooking and eating an array of meals from every ethnicity!
It seemed only natural that they wanted to go into business for themselves and share their love of food with others. Creating meals that bring back a sense of comfort and nostalgia to those who taste it is the most rewarding part of WHY they do it. They sate "we can't count how many times teary eyed customers have thanked us for awakening a beloved memory of their abuela/abulelo,
mom/ dad when they taste our homemade salsa or especially our Chile Colorado.🥲"
The chile colorado is one of their most favorite things to make, as it's a traditional recipe made their own from both sides of the families.
They want to tell y'all, "we hope you enjoy everything, from our comfort Mexican food to our "pub" food; wings burgers, nachos to our special " w**ery" food like Meat Lasagna or Green Chile Chicken Alfredo."
