TODAY IS THE DAY Rocky has been patiently waiting for ALL summer! Normally we put Rocky with the ladies on August 1st, but he very patiently waited until today, August 20th! We’ve been waiting for rain before we put the cows together in a new pasture, but sadly, the rain has not come and we have been feeding hay for three weeks. We finally gave in and put them in a smaller overgrown area and let Rocky and the steers in by our cows. In true “Rocky” fashion, he very gently and “coolly” walked through and checked out each of his ladies😎😉🤣!

Our Texas Longhorn beef is 100% grass-fed & finished using organic practices.
Texas Longhorn cattle provide us with the healthiest, leanest beef of all cattle breeds. Longhorn steers consistently produce beef which is 94-97% lean, depending on their diet. Texas longhorn beef has very high levels of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) and omega 3 fatty acids. The Healthy Fats!! Longhorn beef naturally carries that deep, old fashioned beef flavor that lends to the saying "The Flavor Is In The Breed, Not The Feed"!

Our Sam kitty is back!
He went missing one day last December and we were certain with all of the nasty ice storms we had that we would never see him again. Well today he showed back up just as if he never left! Boots is very happy to have his brother back!
