We are looking for Seasonal Field Scouts to join our team for the upcoming peak season (mid-June to mid-July). If you love being outside, staying active, and want to learn more about agriculture management and crop health, this is the perfect short-term gig.

What you’ll be doing:
🌱 Walking fields to scout crops and identify off-type plants (roguing).
👀 Keeping an eye out for field variations to help us maintain top-tier crop quality.

The Details:
🗓️ Timeline: Mid-June to mid-July (with the potential opportunity to stay on for additional part-time farm help!).
💰 Pay: $15/hour, paid weekly.
🎓 Experience: None required! We provide full, on-the-job training.

Everybody wished they could have enjoyed these stunning Wisconsin skies from the cab all day but fixing stuff in the field is a part of a job, even on a Sunday. In the dirt.

While many are traveling for a weekend of relaxation, our local farmers are still moving heavy equipment from field to field, working hard to feed the nation. 🌱
If you find yourself behind a tractor this weekend, please slow down, stay back, and give them the space they need to move safely. 👉 It’s illegal (and dangerous) to pass in a no passing zone, at any speed.
Relax on the road, stay patient, and take time to remember the deep significance of this weekend; honoring and remembering those who gave everything for this great nation.
