We are looking for Seasonal Field Scouts to join our team for the upcoming peak season (mid-June to mid-July). If you love being outside, staying active, and want to learn more about agriculture management and crop health, this is the perfect short-term gig.
What you’ll be doing:
🌱 Walking fields to scout crops and identify off-type plants (roguing).
👀 Keeping an eye out for field variations to help us maintain top-tier crop quality.
The Details:
🗓️ Timeline: Mid-June to mid-July (with the potential opportunity to stay on for additional part-time farm help!).
💰 Pay: $15/hour, paid weekly.
🎓 Experience: None required! We provide full, on-the-job training.
