Thank you Fire Away Roadhouse & Rest Camp for naming me the 2026 "Sauce Boss" of the sauced up event in chetek with my smoked habanero hot sauce! Another year of a fun, well run event with a bunch of smiles and good times had by all! Chicken wings were sooooo good as usual!

Smoked Habanero has been accumulating the awards this year left and right from Milwaukee all the way up to chetek now with this recognition! 🏆

I'm forever grateful for being invited to so many dinner tables throughout our beautiful state of Wisconsin! Being recognized as a flavor factor and becoming a mealtime staple in your daily lives is something I hold near and dear to my heart.
