Grass Fed Beef

A vision of Brien Stull. He set out to raise healthy, grass-fed beef for his table. After doing some research he stumbled onto the Piedmontese breed. The breed originated from the Piedmont region of northwest Italy. This breed is known for its double-muscling and consistent tenderness. The beef is also lower in fat, cholesterol and calories than conventional beef. It is a perfect combination of nutrition, tenderness and taste. Piedmontese beef has garnered widespread popularity among premium restaurants and retailers across the country.

Starting out with a small herd, they quickly doubled being as they were purchased already cross-bred with an Angus bull. From there he and his family have enjoyed beef you can practically cut with a fork. A few years ago he bought a full-bred Piedmontese bull and has started purifying his herd.

If you are interested in purchasing grass-fed beef that is nutritionally better for you, then message me. We will sell you either a live cow or deliver it to a butcher (either whole or half). Piedmontese; it’s what’s for dinner!

Naming of the ranch (unofficially). As Brien’s assistant, I put some interesting information together. The ranch resides in a small town called Antimony. Antimony is actually an element on the periodic table and it’s Atomic number is 51. So, when Brien was deciding on his brand he used this information and chose LI the roman numeral for 51. Tie that with the fact Brien was born and raised in Nevada known for it’s “secret” military base (Area 51), I couldn’t resist. We are working on a logo, so keep watch for the release!
