Greater Omaha is the only beef we carry and that choice was made very intentionally.
They’ve been producing beef in Omaha, Nebraska since 1920, right in the heart of American cattle country.
More than a century later, they’re still sourcing cattle from the Midwest and producing beef through a single-source facility in Omaha, giving them greater control over quality, consistency, traceability, and food safety.
That kind of history and accountability is a big part of why we chose them.
And behind a program like Greater Omaha are the farmers and ranchers who do the hard work of raising good cattle in the first place.
We have a lot of respect for that work. Good beef starts long before it ever reaches a butcher counter, and American agriculture has always depended on people who take pride in doing that job well.
For our shop, Greater Omaha brings that tradition together with the consistency and food-safety standards we need week after week.
